If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
Grace and Growth Network LLC is a U.S.-based company providing Mentorship, educational resources, group experiences, workshops, and organizational consulting designed to support personal growth, relational development, communication, leadership, and organizational growth.
Certain services may also be governed by a proposal, service agreement, statement of work, host agreement, registration agreement, or Mentorship Client Agreement. If the terms of a signed agreement conflict with these website Terms, the signed agreement will control with respect to that specific engagement.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including through cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, make a purchase, schedule a consultation, enter into an agreement with Grace and Growth Network LLC, or independently register for Mentorship, Individual Support, a workshop, or another service.
By using this website or purchasing or registering for our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
A workshop or organization-sponsored educational offering may include participants under the age of 18 when arranged and supervised by an authorized organization, school, parent, or legal guardian. Any requirements regarding consent, registration, supervision, and participation by minors will be addressed in the applicable agreement or registration process.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase, registering for an offering, scheduling a consultation, entering into an organizational engagement, or otherwise interacting with our services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate access to our website or services if we believe these Terms have been violated or participation presents a safety, legal, ethical, or operational concern.
Grace and Growth Network LLC provides educational, formational, and consultative services designed to support personal growth, relational development, communication, leadership, and organizational growth.
Our services may include:
Mentorship and Individual Support
Personalized accompaniment, reflection, education, and guidance designed to support individual growth, awareness, decision-making, relationships, and development. Mentorship and Individual Support are educational and formational in nature and are not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, legal advice, or crisis intervention.
Digital Products
Downloadable resources, workbooks, guides, reflection materials, recordings, and other educational content.
Workshops and Speaking Engagements
Live or recorded educational experiences offered to individuals, parents, caregivers, educators, leaders, teams, schools, parishes, libraries, workplaces, community groups, and other organizations.
Group Experiences and Programs
Educational offerings in which participants learn, reflect, or grow alongside one another. Group offerings may include live gatherings, participant materials, guided discussion, recordings, or limited follow-up support, as described at the time of registration.
Organizational Consulting
Consultative services designed to help leaders and organizations understand relational or implementation challenges, examine how plans are taking shape in practice, develop possible approaches, and refine solutions over time.
Organizational Consulting does not replace legal, medical, psychological, financial, human-resources, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice. The client organization remains responsible for its policies, personnel decisions, compliance obligations, leadership decisions, implementation choices, and outcomes.
The scope, schedule, deliverables, responsibilities, and fees for a workshop, speaking engagement, group offering, or consulting engagement may be described in a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, host agreement, or registration page.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service, product, or offering at any time, subject to any obligations contained in an existing signed agreement.
General Payment Terms
Payment is required according to the terms presented at the time of purchase, registration, or engagement.
Depending on the offering, payment arrangements may include:
• Payment in full
• A deposit and final balance
• An installment plan
• Recurring monthly payments
• Invoices issued according to a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement
• Additional approved expenses for travel, materials, facilities, or other engagement-related costs
Access to services, materials, or scheduled dates may be withheld until required payments are received.
Digital Products
All Digital Product purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not provided after access has been granted or the product has been delivered, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law.
Public Workshops and Group Offerings
Registration fees, refund deadlines, transfer options, and cancellation terms for public workshops, group experiences, or other scheduled educational offerings will be stated on the applicable registration or purchase page.
Unless otherwise stated, failure to attend a scheduled offering does not entitle a participant to a refund.
If Grace and Growth Network LLC cancels an offering and does not provide a reasonable rescheduled date, registered participants will receive a refund of the amount paid for that offering.
Parent’s Puberty Compass™ Experience
When offered, the Parent’s Puberty Compass™ Experience is a live educational offering that may include live group gatherings, workbook materials, and limited voice-message support.
Participants may request a refund up to twenty-four (24) hours before the first live gathering. Refunds will be issued minus the stated cost of any workbook or materials already provided upon registration.
Because space is intentionally limited and live support begins when the Experience starts, refunds are not available after the Experience begins unless otherwise stated at registration or required by law.
Mentorship
Payment terms for Mentorship services, including payment plans or recurring payments, will be outlined at the time of purchase and may also be governed by a separate signed Mentorship Client Agreement.
Grace and Growth Network LLC offers a fourteen (14) day trial period for Mentorship. The trial period begins on the official start date of Mentorship.
To be eligible for a refund during the trial period, the client must actively engage in Mentorship for fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days. Active engagement is defined as:
• The client leaving voice messages for the Mentor, up to approximately fifteen (15) minutes per day
• The client listening to messages provided by the Mentor
• The client participating in a responsive, back-and-forth conversational exchange
Mentor responses are provided Monday through Friday during regular business days in the Central Time Zone, also known as Chicago time. Clients may leave messages at any time; however, Mentor responses are not provided on weekends or federal holidays unless otherwise stated.
If, after actively engaging for the full fourteen (14) day period, the client determines that Mentorship is not a good fit, the client may submit a written refund request within the fourteen (14) day trial window.
Upon verification of active engagement during the trial period, a full refund of the initial payment will be issued. Refund requests submitted after the fourteen (14) day trial period will not be honored.
Host-Sponsored Workshops, Speaking Engagements, and Consulting
Payment, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for host-sponsored workshops, speaking engagements, and organizational consulting will be stated in the applicable proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or host agreement.
The client or host may be responsible for expenses or fees already incurred, including preparation, materials, venue commitments, travel, lodging, or other nonrecoverable costs, as described in the applicable agreement.
If a client or host cancels or reschedules an engagement, any refund, credit, rescheduling fee, or remaining balance will be determined according to the applicable agreement.
Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
If you enroll in a subscription or recurring payment plan, you authorize Grace and Growth Network LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the price and billing schedule disclosed at enrollment.
The subscription or recurring arrangement will continue until canceled or otherwise concluded under the terms presented at enrollment.
You are responsible for submitting a cancellation request before the next renewal date to avoid an additional charge. Cancellation instructions will be provided at enrollment or may be requested by contacting Grace and Growth Network LLC.
No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Chargebacks
You agree to contact Grace and Growth Network LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to address the concern.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Grace and Growth Network LLC may suspend access to the applicable service or materials while the matter is reviewed.
