Welcome to Grace and Growth Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services, content, digital products, or Mentorship offerings provided through this website.
By accessing or using this website, purchasing a product, scheduling a consultation, or engaging in Mentorship services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
Grace and Growth Network LLC is a U.S.-based company providing Mentorship, educational resources, and digital products designed to support personal growth, relational development, and formation.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this website, purchase Digital Products, or engage in Mentorship services offered by Grace and Growth Network LLC. By using this website or our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise interacting with our services. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate access to our website or services at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Services Provided
Grace and Growth Network LLC provides educational and formational services designed to support personal growth, relational development, and interior formation.
Our services may include:
Mentorship: Personalized 1:1 accompaniment and guidance designed to support individual growth, reflection, and development. Mentorship is educational and formational in nature and is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
Digital Products: Downloadable resources, workbooks, guides, and other educational materials.
Educational Offerings: Online courses, workshops, or group programs that may be offered from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any service, product, or offering at any time without notice.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Payment is required in full before access to any Digital Products or Mentorship services is granted, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Digital Products
All Digital Product purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not provided once access has been granted, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
Mentorship
Payment terms for Mentorship services, including payment plans, will be outlined at the time of purchase and may also be governed by a separate signed Mentorship Client Agreement.
Grace and Growth Network LLC offers a fourteen (14) day trial period for Mentorship. The trial period begins on the official start date of Mentorship.
To be eligible for a refund during the trial period, the client must actively engage in Mentorship for fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days. Active engagement is defined as:
• The client leaving voice messages for the Mentor (up to approximately fifteen (15) minutes per day),
• The client listening to messages provided by the Mentor, and
• Participating in a responsive, back-and-forth conversational exchange.
Mentor responses are provided Monday through Friday during regular business days in the Central Time Zone (Chicago time). Clients may leave messages at any time; however, Mentor responses are not provided on weekends or federal holidays unless otherwise stated.
If, after actively engaging for the full fourteen (14) day period, the client determines that Mentorship is not a good fit, the client may submit a written refund request within the fourteen (14) day trial window. Upon verification of active engagement during the trial period, a full refund of the initial payment will be issued.
Refund requests submitted after the fourteen (14) day trial period will not be honored.
Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
If you enroll in a subscription or recurring payment plan, you authorize Grace and Growth Network LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase).
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellation prior to the next billing cycle. It is your responsibility to monitor renewal dates and billing cycles.
Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid additional charges. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt to resolve the matter. In the event of a chargeback, Grace and Growth Network LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided on this website and through the services of Grace and Growth Network LLC, including but not limited to written materials, digital downloads, workbooks, guides, audio content, course materials, graphics, logos, branding, frameworks, and proprietary concepts (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Grace and Growth Network LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
The name Parent’s Puberty Compass™ and associated materials are proprietary to Grace and Growth Network LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, share, resell, or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written permission from Grace and Growth Network LLC.
Content purchased or accessed through this website is intended solely for individual use and may not be shared, copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.
Unauthorized use of any Content may result in termination of access to services and may be subject to legal action.
6. User Conduct
By using this website and its services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
• Use the website or services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity or provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, accounts, systems, or networks.

Mentorship is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, or crisis intervention. Participation in Mentorship does not establish a therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed professional relationship.
Grace and Growth Network LLC does not provide mental health diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. If you are experiencing psychological distress, mental health concerns, or a medical emergency, you should seek care from a licensed healthcare professional or contact appropriate emergency services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of services provided by Grace and Growth Network LLC shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Illinois.
12. Modifications to Terms
Grace and Growth Network LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
