You don’t have to explain everything
or justify why you’re here.
This is a place for thoughtful,
one-on-one support
that respects your experience,
your confidentiality,
and the real complexity
of caring for children.
Many parents and teachers find themselves in a space where things don’t look bad from the outside — but don’t feel settled on the inside either.
There may be uncertainty, pressure, or a sense that important decisions are being made without enough clarity or support.
In these in-between places, it’s often not advice that’s needed — but space to think clearly, speak honestly, and be supported by someone who understands the real complexity of what you’re carrying.
This is a place to slow down, get your footing, and receive support — without having to justify why you’re here.
I’m the founder of Grace & Growth Network, and for many years I’ve worked closely with students, parents, and teachers in the middle of real, complicated situations.
Over time — especially in the years following COVID — I saw how often people were waiting too long for support. Not because they didn’t care or didn’t try, but because the systems around them were overwhelmed, and it wasn’t clear where to turn.
What I noticed was this: when people had steady, one-on-one support — someone who could listen carefully, think clearly with them, and stay present — things began to shift.
I don’t mentor by fixing people or telling them what to do.
I walk alongside them — helping them make sense of what they’re carrying, clarify what matters most, and move forward with confidence and integrity.
You’re a parent or teacher navigating real situations without clear answers.
You’ve taken plenty of advice, but still feel unsure in the moment.
You want support that respects your judgment, experience, and confidentiality.
You’re not looking for a checklist; you want someone to think alongside you.
You value steady, one-on-one support that meets you where you are.
This isn't about doing more.
It's about having
the right kind of support
as you move forward.
For parents who entered the puberty years expecting changes, and found themselves navigating so much more than physical growth.
Oxygen
For teachers who entered this profession expecting challenges, and found themselves carrying far more than lessons, grading, and classroom management.
This is a place to pause,
think clearly,
and receive support
that respects who you are
and what you're carrying.
If you're here, trust that instinct.
Choose the path that fits
where you are right now.
